Whatever reason you have for returning your cartridge/s, Toner Inc Rebox will endeavour to make the process as efficient as possible, which includes making payments to you for any refund.

Step 1 – Reason for Return
You ordered the wrong cartridge, or have changed your mind
We supplied the wrong cartridge
Step 2 – complete the Returns Request Form (right) and we will get back to you within one Business Day from receiving your Request and provide you with an RMA Number – you must remember to quote this RMA Number on/in all communications to us concerning Returns.
Step 3 – (depending on the Reason for Return), here are the options:
Faulty Cartridge – we will collect the cartridge, free of charge and once received and inspected, we will either replace the cartridge free of charge (including delivery), or refund 100% of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
You ordered the wrong cartridge, or have changed your mind – we can arrange to collect from you (UK Mainland only), at a cost to you of £6.50+ VAT, or indeed you can arrange for delivery back to us, at your cost. Once received by us and subject your compliance with Clause 12.4 of our Terms & Conditions we will arrange for a full refund of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
We supplied the wrong cartridge - we will collect the cartridge, free of charge and once received will either replace the cartridge free of charge,(including delivery) or refund 100% of the price you paid, including the delivery charge.
